The non-compliances identified at this stage are as follows:
- Physical accessibility: the museum tour involves a spiral staircase that is not accessible to wheelchair users. A virtual alternative tour can be arranged on request (see contact details below).
- Smeetz booking widget (third party): the booking window is provided by an external service provider. Its level of accessibility is beyond our direct control. Reservations can also be made by phone on 04 72 94 08 70.

Multi-Year Plan
A 3-year accessibility improvement plan (2026–2028) is planned:
- 2026: initial compliance on the 5 key pages; correction of non-compliances identified at launch.
- 2027: full RGAA 4.1 audit by a third-party organisation; correction of all remaining non-compliances.
- 2028: compliance verification for newly published pages; maintenance of the achieved level.
