A journey into the heart of wine in the heart of Lyon

Discover what shapes a wine: the terroir (soil, climate, expertise), the vineyard (grape varieties, cultivation, modern challenges), then winemaking, from grape to glass. You will also explore the often-overlooked professions essential to creating a great wine.

A unique sensory experience that appeals to your senses

Throughout the journey, your senses become your guides:
touch the soils, feel the texture of tannins, identify emblematic aromas like cocoa, prune, or damp earth. An intuitive and playful way to understand wine and where it comes from.

A wine tasting included with your visit

Your visit concludes with a self-guided tasting of wines selected to illustrate your discoveries: the influence of soil, climate, grape variety, and winemaking choices. Up to 8 wines are offered, and you leave with a complimentary tasting glass.

Our oenology workshops

Discover the world of wine through our introductory or thematic workshops.
In a privileged setting, in small groups of 6 to 12 people, you will explore wine alongside our partner oenologists.
